Details: I´ve had this Jeep for 4 years and done almost all of the work myself. Used as a daily driver at one point, but its gone a bit beyond that now. Works amazing on the trails, I regularly follow Jeeps that are much larger than mine. Perfect in the snow as well, had no issues driving around in the crazy snowstorms we´ve had the past few years. For anyone who wants to get into wheeling, I think this would a great start. All the heavy duty expensive parts are here without getting huge, heavy, rock anchor axles. Plus if you want something to carry your family on the trails in relative comfort, this is it. Too hot/cold/dusty for the little ones? Roll up the windows and turn on the HVAC. I´ve done my best to keep this thing as streetable as possible and I have no issues driving it on the highway at 70mph. I´ve taken it to the Outer Banks for the past 4 years, drove it 6 hrs down and back, including running it up and down the beach for a week. Always made it to and from the trails, usually over a 2.5 hr drive.The body leaves a little to be desired, as expected from a full bodied jeep, but it runs well and its very reliable. Interior is in great condition, just needs to be cleaned up a bit. All 4 seats fully functional, rears still fold down like normal. Heat blows hot as hell, but the AC definitely needs a recharge. Defroster works, so the system is still good, just doesn´t blow cold air. No money was spared on this build. I bought all high quality parts from very reputable companies, and pretty much everything was bought brand new. Stereo is a CD/AM/FM and it has a Sound Bar mounted/connected. The back seat is a ´tumble seat´ and can be removed without any tools whatsoever (convenient for summer). I put new entry guards on all doors and tailgate. New floor mats, new cargo liner, and new saddle bags (for between the roll bars).I am also including the factory soft top with the jeep (so, total of four different tops come with it). The soft top will need a new zipper on the back window (or, buy a new one). The hardware is all there.All in all, this vehicle is in better shape than most Jeeps you will find out there. Details: My son is becoming of driving age and I need to find something with an automatic so my beloved Jeep must go. My Wrangler is the 2.5 liter, soft top with half doors with glass upper sliders. It has the five speed with a/c, everything, and I mean everything works on my Jeep. It has a new clutch and pressure plate with less than 2k miles on it, new brakes, wheel bearings front and rear, new tires and shocks all around, including spare (31x10.50 tires) on 2006 Jeep Unlimited wheels. The fluids for the axles and transfer case were just changed three months ago. Inspection is current through 12/2012 and the emissions passed with flying colors in March 2012. No accidents or damage ever to my Jeep. My Wrangler is a daily driver and currently has 178k miles on it but I would not hesitate to drive it across the country. It does not leak a drop of anything and doesn´t burn a drop of oil ever. Dark green exterior with tan interior and khaki soft top. Ideally I´m interested in trading (or trade plus minor cash for the right Cherokee) for a 1998 - 2001 Cherokee in good /great condition. Prefer Limited edition Cherokee but willing to talk to others.
