Details: Mud toy, or rock crawler, this jeep runs drives fine, needs to replace the drag link tie rods which I have all new steering in box, it drive as is but tie rods stuff are worn out, front tires are bald rears are dry rotted but tread like new rear tires are super swamper tsl they are 31/10.5/15 wheels are brand new 15/10 rock crawlers just bought them, it has a old man emu 4 1/2 lift with additional 2 inch spacer on front 2 inch spring shackle on rear with total of 6 1/2 lift has tubular lower control arms new, adjustable track rod, quick disconnect sway bars, has the sye ( slip yoke eliminator) in the transfer case with Tom woods drive shafts, has the 1996 up Chrysler 8 1/4 rear axle with 29 spline which is upgrade from older 27 splines, I have just replace both front inner axle shafts bearings, and passenger rear axle shaft, It could use new brake pads, and alignment tires are not balanced and with tie rods worn shakes bad arround 45 y bought all new steering to tighten it up like all old xj have that problem, it is a 242 transfer case with 4 lo 4 hi full time 4x4 and 2 wd , so can drive in 4x4 down higway in ice or rain, it is a toy / work jeep not purdy ac needs be charged needs new blower motor for ac, needs passenger window switch has some body rust, was about to start building winch bumpers and a exo cage on it but need sale now buy every far car no money build it into full blown Rockcrawler I do drive it every day is dependable mechanically and gets better gas mileage than most cars I drive about 20 miles back forth work every day and 40 bucks gets me there back for 2 weeks easy prolly over 21 mpg but never actually added it up. It is straight 6 with overdrive fuel injected. Will trade maybe for nice car or lil truck that is dependable or nice four wheeler or side by side utv, maybe a tractor with shredder or a nice zero turn mower. Details: Hi everyone,I´m putting my 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 up for sale. I-6 4.0L, 5-speed manual Trans. 126,xxx Miles. 31x10.50x15 BFG All Terrain Tires in good condition, still plenty of miles on them. It´s been my baby for a little over a year now, but I have recently bought a truck and I do not drive it anymore. I´ve done some work to it since I got it. Pinion seals, main shaft in the transmission, and sway bar links. I´ve kept up with all the maintenance. She runs like a champ, shifts very smooth and has plenty of power. The previous owner had put A/C in it, but it no longer works. I´ve had it looked at and it needs the A/C Switch, which will run you around $200. I never got it because it´s a jeep, and they dont come stock with A/C. With the top down, who needs it anyway. Interior and Exterior are in great shape. I just put a brand new Smittybilt soft top on it on monday, and had it shampoo´d and cleaned. so she´s ready to go. Asking price is $10,000 O.B.O. I´m open to all reasonable offers. However, KBB does not do them justice because they are worth more. So please do not call telling me what the KBB price is. I know how well these hold their value, so no low ballers or tire kickers.
