Details: I´m selling my 1967 Jeep Kaiser M-715. It has a mid 70´s model Chevy small block 350 with headers and dual exhaust and a 4 speed transmission. It has a spring over lift with 38 1/2 boggers, with about 1/2 tread left. These Jeeps came factory with a Dana 60 front end and a Dana 70 rear end that has been lock welded. Its an extremely solid weld too. The Pierce Winch has 12,500 pounds of strength, and I recently bought a new motor for it about a month ago. The front bumper is solid and very heavy duty that the winch is mounted on. It has a 4 year old canvas top that is in perfect condition and does not leak at all. These Jeeps originally came as a 24 volt system but this has been changed to a standard 12 volt system, just like a car. It was done by the previous owner. It also has a new optima battery. High back jeep seats were installed for comfort but I still have the original low back seats. The driver side of the bed has a metal gas can and the passenger side has a water can, both saying Property of the United States Government on them.This Jeep is very rare and its hard to find one in this good of shape. They only made these from 1967-1969, and were made for the Vietnam War. The nickname of these were called ´5 Quarters´ because they are a ton and a 1/4 truck. It still has all the numbers on the dash of when and where it was made. From the research I have done they only made about 75,000 of these, but i could be wrong. I´m not sure how many are even left in the US that actually survived the war. This Jeep is an absolute TANK! If you want something that will go more places than you ever dreamed, and then some, this is the ride for you. It has more power than it knows what to do with. Although this is street legal, IT IS NOT MADE FOR THE STREET!! It has a top speed around 45 mph. I´ve never had it any faster. It will go faster but its geared soo low its just not good for it. Details: okay let me start off by telling you this thing is a beast.. and I do not have to sell its just up for trade or offers to see whats out there.The jeep is a 1999 grand cherokee laredo (WJ) 4.7L V8 with factory towing package and Quadra-trac II (amazing system basically impossible to slide only downside is its AWD with 4high/4low). This thing is super reliable its my daily driver right now but i really need to get something slightly cheaper on gas because i drive 50+ miles a day. it currently has 135k miles on it but will increase since I drive it everyday.
