Details: have a 92 cherokee straight six automatic 4x4 works great has a little rust but many new parts here we go all wheel bearings new all the way around front end bearings replaced 1,000 dollar job rear end bearings replaced front universals replaced rebuilt front driveshaft new bearing and universals driver side upper ball joint replaced steering stabilizer and pitman arm. new tires about a year ago still lots of tread left american racing rims on it also have spares for it. replaced gas tank fuel pump fuel filter and straps on the tanknew windshield oil changed every 3500 miles has a cam chip in it and some kind of performance chip previous owner wasnt sure about it. the cam chip was replaced recently front pads were changed about 6 months ago rotors were fine rear brakes have been completely rebuilt brake cylinders springs shoes drums all new the only universals that have not been changed are the ones on the rear driveshaft ive done alot of work on the drivetrain now i want to trade so maybe someone can work on the body a bit its a little rusty at the rockers steps are kid safe only till they get fixed which isnt hard i just wasnt worried about that before the sake of the jeep i have taken well care of this vehiclethe only thing wrong with this is the front passenger window stopped working 2 weeks ago it might be the motor not sure. has the 3´ suspension lift all the door handles grill mirrors and windshield are chrome have not seen another one like this one yet. this jeep leaks absolutely no fluids at all i replaced the leaking oil pan gasket a year ago and still no leaks from anything. i have a jvc cd deck with removable face 1000 watt amp and 2 1600 watt 12´ lanzars in a slot port box in the jeep now if u want the stereo with it 3000 is the price but otherwise 2800 i am also looking to trade which i would preferlooking into a pick up extended cab chevy dodge no fords no junk please this vehicle has almost nothing wrong with it so i need a nice truck has to be even trade no low ballers.dont think it matters what year just as long as it runs like a beast like this jeep. i also have a few other things to throw in with the jeep another steering wheel the one in it is falling apart never put the other one in another front dash cover have 2 of them another fuel pump used but works. contact me asap cause im looking to get me a nice work truck instead of this tired of hauling my trailer everywhere i go. send pics of your trade Location: kalamazooit´s NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests

The other main difference to the CJ-5 was to the chassis which hitherto consisted of two parallel longitudinal main c-section rails. To help improve vehicle handling and stability the rear section of the chassis stepped out to allow the road springs and dampers to be mounted closer to the outside of the body. It was introduced in 1976 and 379,299 were built during 11 years of production.The CJ-7 featured an optional new automatic all-wheel drive system called Quadra-Trac, as well as a part-time two-speed transfer case; an automatic transmission was also an option. Other features included an optional molded hardtop, and steel doors. The CJ-7 was also available in Renegade and an upgraded Laredo model. Noticeable by their different body decals, the Laredo model featured nicer seats, steering wheel tilt, and a chrome package that included the bumpers, front grill, and mirrors. An optional Trak-Lok differential was available for the rear. Rear axle ratio typically 3.54, but later went up to 2.73. Laredo package added tachometer, chrome bumpers, tow/recovery hooks and interior, comfortable leather seats, and clock. In 1980, the Laredo was first fitted with an AMC model 20 rearend until mid year 1986 when it was equipped with a Dana 44 and all 1980 and newer CJ-7s came with the Dana 300 transfer case; parts for the 300 are still in production and the case is sought after by lovers of off-road due to its durability and upgradability. The CJ-7 continues to be used in the sport of mud racing, with either the stock body or a fiberglass replica. It is also a favorite for rock crawling!
