Details: This is a 2004, 2 door Jeep Wrangler, Rubicon. These were a special edition that year, there weren´t alot of these produced. It has 58,000 miles and has been extremely well cared for. Used for camping, fishing trips, and mostly highway miles up north. It has a 5 speed manual, straight 6, has air conditioning and cruise control (both hard to get), the higher end stereo system with CD and extra speakers, multifunction electrostatic rear view mirror. It has 2 soft tops (standard fold back, and a ´bikini´ style top for summer use). It is equipped for a hard top as well (connections for rear window wiper, defogger) but this has been sold (these are easily obtained if desired). It has been equipped with a towing package, converta-hitch. The vehicle has been in no accidents and has had no major repairs.It has all of the ´extra´ features that appeared on the 2004 Rubicon, including special suspension, larger tires, diamond plates and protective covers underneath for really rough terrain. It has four wheel disc brakes, again tough to find and a huge plus. It has a special high torque, low all-wheel drive gear that can lock all 4 wheels in unison for extremely rugged terrain. I really couldn´t believe what this vehicle can go through, and you will not find a better vehicle in the snow, it is amazing.The vehicle has brand new Goodyear all terrain tires, brand new brakes, so you should be set for 30-40 thousand miles. I also had the back bumper repainted to eliminate the rusty powdercoat. For comparison, an equivalent 2012 Jeep will run $31,000, and will NOT have some of the features described above. The price listed is fairly firm, you will not be disappointed, the vehicle looks even better in person than the pictures show. I took the rear spare off to better show the condition of the vehicle.
