Details: This Willys CJ3B is mostly original except for the engine, which is a rebuilt 231 V6 that runs great. It has a T90 three speed transmission and Dana 18 transfer case. One downside is that the transmission needs some work . The tires are in good shape and the stock axles have 5:38 gears. The body is in very good condition as is the windshield glass. This is a good, solid project with a lot of potential that already has a good start -- mostly just needs some tinkering. It got a new steering assembly about a year after I bought it, It also has (with in the last 2 years) a new starter, radiator, t-stat, water pump, high flow steering box, PS pump. The intake is an AFE ram with a AEM dri-flow filter, the exhaust has a new high flow cat and muffler as well as new o2 sensors. (It just passed emissions testing a few months ago.) It has wider aftermarket black wheels with 31´ BFGs on it. Drilled and slotted front rotors. All of the windows are tinted, rear=5% front=15%. The suspension is mostly stock with spacers in front and OME HD rear leaves for the motorcycle carrier. The shocks are Skyjacker nitrogen shocks that I love. It has about 142000 miles on it, but I have used full synthetic fluids in the motor, trans, transfer case, and both diffs. since I bought it.I have a high-lift jack that is mounted in the trunk, a motorcycle hitch mount carrier, and ski racks for the cross bars that will go with the Jeep for the right price.I really enjoy this vehicle and am not willing to give it away. Very convenient feature. -Power Locks (I have 2 of the keyless remotes to unlock the doors)-Huge trunk space. Probably my favorite thing about this Jeep. The rear passengers can sit comfortably and there is still a great deal of room to store things in the back. This car does have 164,000 miles, but it drives like it has 64,000. About 100,000 of these miles were from driving back and forth from Colorado Springs to Denver for work.I highly recommend you to come take it for a test drive. It rides very smoothly and comfortably. It is also a very quiet car, which is surprising for an SUV. I have had it regularly maintained during my ownership of it. The AC and Heat work great, as do the heating elements in the Mirrors and Rear Window. I used this function all the time during the winter.The only problems with this car are that the rear passenger windows need new regulators, so for now, they don´t go down. You can get a good regulator on eBay for about 55-65 bucks so it´s no huge problem. The other is that the drivers side heated seat was acting picky this last winter as to when it would get warm once you flipped the switch for it. The passenger side heated seat works perfectly still! Details: For Sale is a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I am the second owner of this vehicle (past 100,000 miles) and has been taken care of imbeccably since I acquired. It´s currently at a little over 130xxx miles, but does not show its age at all.The Good:Powerful 5.2L v8 engine.All-time 4WD system that performs perfectly on the worst Colorado roads.Complete leather interior. Leather is in 90-95% condition. Some damage to driver´s seat, and a small tear in dashboard.Other interior is at 80-90% only because there are a couple spots in the trunk carpet that some bottles of bleach were spilled on. Purely cosmetic, the carpet just has two white/pink areas.Power everything. This includes, windows, locks, and even both front seats have 6 way adjustable power seats. There are also remotes for the locks, which have died but can either be replaced or fixed at any Autozone or anything for cheap.Luxury package. The Jeep suspension is very soft and smooth, and provides a great ride. Car has computer that displays compass, exterior temperature, miles/gallon, etc. Also has a separate display that shows various engine problems, open doors, etc. Premium Sound: I have installed an aftermarket CD/MP3 receiver with an auxiliary and usb input in front. This is connected to the stock Bose amplifier, which runs four premium speakers I installed myself. The system sounds great.Exterior is 85-95%. There are no problems with the body/frame, and only the typical chips and scratches you´d see in a vehicle this age.Comes with towing package, including hookups for lights and a hitch. With the suspension and engine in this vehicle I have hauled everything from boats to pop-up campers to huge moving trailers with out a hitch.Typical Jeep offroad reliability. This vehicle can take you pretty much anywhere you could find, and with the roof rack you can easily tie up your canoe, kayak, skis, snowboard, etc.Car has been maintained perfectly. I change my oil every 1500 miles, have done four full tune-ups over the last 100,000, and have recently replaced alternator, radiator, water pump, and I could probably get the documentation for these from my mechanic if you need.This Jeep has been my winter car, and has been garaged every Spring and Summer.Windshield and windows are chip/crack free.Car has never been in any serious accidents, and it shows.The Bad:Again, the small rips and tears in the driver´s seat, the imperfection in the dash, and the miscolored carpet.The coolant level sensor has been out of service since I owned the car, so the display says coolant level is low even when it is not. I am sure that it could be fixed pretty easily, I just always had my coolant topped off so I never thought much of it.Again, the remote entry keypads are dead. I am not sure whether their batteries died or something else, but replacements are cheap and easy to program.I am motivated to sell, I would really like to see her gone in the next week.
