Have not had transfer case looked at so do not know what or how much it´ll cost to fix 4x4.Body is in good condition except for a few spots of rust and dent on drivers side door. Comes with both hard and soft top. Soft top has back window out, which will need to have the zipper realigned in order to zip up. Hard top is in good condition. Will need some minor repairs but overall nothing expensive needs to be done, just some upkeep and repairs. I do not have the back seat in right now but I do have the backseat which is stored in my garage. There is a new a cd player with Mp3/ipod hook up and speakers by the roll bar. This is a good car which I take to and from work and school on a daily basis. Never had any problems getting anywhere. Very reliable car. Just needs a few repairs that I do not know how to work on. Perfect jeep for someone who can work on cars. It would be an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing.The check engine light occasionally comes on and it reads that the downstream oxygen sensor is going. Unlike a lot of the rides on this sited! Rust in all the typical jeep locations. Frame has been repaired in all 4 corners and skid pan mounting area, floor has been patched. Both fenders are pretty rusty, driver´s side rusted through. Fenders go for $50 used, $125 new. New alternator, newer clutch plate and boot, rebuilt starter. Front seats broke so I swapped them out for TJ seats. Jeep has a short somewhere that drains the battery in a few days if not driven daily, starts right up with a jump though. Dash lights don´t work, fuse keeps blowing. Could be the source of the short? I just don´t have the time to work on it. I have both a hard top and a Bestop soft top with frame, Bestop bikini top, full hard doors. A good YJ goes for $2500, a part out for a grand. i´m looking for something in between. If you want a running jeep, but can´t afford a good one, then this is the wrangler for you. If listing is still up then it´s still available. I´ll remove the listing as soon as it´s sold. Details: 1983 jeep J10, 258 4spd with a NP208 behind it. Has 100k plus on it. The motor has a weber two barrel carb on it thats about a year old. I also did a HEI distributor conversion. Runs great. The only issue with the motor is that it dose not make alot of oil pressure once its warmed up. I have never put a mechanical gauge on it but the dash board reads about 10psi. No knocks or ticks. I put a rear main seal in it about a year ago and the main bearings looked fine. Has 32/11.50/15 BFG all terrains with descent tread. Trucks is in great shape for its age. It has very little rust for j10 from Michigan. The flares are all in great shape. The worst panel on it is the drivers door, it has some bondo in it from a long time ago and it is cracked.
