Details: For sale is a 1981 jeep scrambler. It is ready to go, get in and have fun! It has a freshly rebuilt 4.3 liter v6 with a HEI distributor and a two barrell carb that I adapted to it. It also has headers and dual exhaust with turbo mufflers. The motor has about 6800 miles on it. It runs great, lots of power and plenty of torque. The transmission is a SM420 four speed with 7:1 grannny low first gear, hooked up to a dana t-18 dual stick transfer case. It has a dana 30 front and dana 44 rear with 4.27 gears and lock rite lockers in both. The top is a bestop super top with full soft doors and has no tears, and has the tinted windows. It also comes with a half cab and full steel doors and a rear seat. I made the nerf bars that are on it, they are 2x2 inch 1/4 inch thick tube steel that run the length of the body. It also come with a pro comp rear bumper that it not istalled. The body is in excellent shape and has orange Durabak textured paint outside and rhino lined interior. All the gauges work. I have all of the tbi and wiring harness for the motor that will go with it. Price, $10,500, obo. Also have other jeep parts for sale too, just ask.
